... senior management personally helped me, which I found to be extremely valuable. In terms of salary and working hours, the compensation exceeds industry standards, and they offer generous bonuses. While working hours can be long during deal period, there are also days when we finish early and have opportunity to plan team activities.

If you are working on right kind of role then that work is interesting but there is lot of pressure and you are not allowed to eat food on time plus the working hours were too long and no benefits are available. But make sure that you clear before joining that you are not joining for marketing role, as in the JD they mentioned the job role related to finance and forced me to work on marketing and research related to it. One thing was relaxing for me that I was working on the marketing part so I never had to work on the weekend but as far I have seen, finance teams sometimes have to work on Weekends as well.

You will destroy your health if you join this company. They don't provide any food (lunch) and also will not let you have your food on time. Two things are for sure going to happen that you will not be able to get proper food and sleep and you can't get up from your seat even when you don't have very urgent work. I have worked in corporate before but such bad kind of culture, I have not seen anywhere. If you are joining this company join it for 6 months and make sure to take care of your health. I'll not say that this is a good company to work in.

Managers are very helpful with emergency leaves, company celebrates every occasion nicely.

There are too many 1. When I used to work, my manager was doing her MBA. She gave me her college assignment and made me work 3 days on it. Senior management sitting in London knows about it but didn’t do anything. 2. It’s a small startup, there is no work you have to do on a daily basis. New work daily and they expect you to be perfect in that daily work. 3. Working hours: This is the most important one as they want you to work at least 11 hours daily. 4. They take monthly/yearly reviews, and make you feel so dumb and useless. 5. Every Friday they will organise a meeting there they will discuss about weekends plans, and if you don’t have productive weekend or if you say that I have some personal work they will legit make you feel you useless and under confident. 6. If you are going to join finance team, two women will totally ruin your life if you don’t sugar coat your words while talking. 7. Please don’t join Apeiron finance team, it’s better to wait for right opportunity to leave the firm in 6 months.

The company is amazing, I got a chance to work on the overall product and get an understanding of the International Real estate market and also learnt about bonds and private credit market in very early years of my journey. People are really helpful.

Dislikes

You need to constantly learn about new things and need to stay updated about the market trend and news. But not everyone can do it.

I like the perks given to employees, work culture is good. Plus, you work on lot of different technologies while getting trained under highly skilled and experienced senior.

Dislikes

The work load gets intense sometime, and you don't get work from home unless there is an emergency.
