There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is good but no job security and no career growth no work value only buttering value management create only news informer and no good work culture in university

Everything is disliking, nothing's good there, no job security, no work - life balance, full of politics from some of the old heads, spoiling innocent people's time. Most worst University. No promotions because everyone is on contract basis for a year only, they don't have care for dedicated employees. Despite of being a women oriented organization, they do not have any respect for womens. Skill Development is zero there, and if you have skills, then you'll be the worst person to stay there, you'll be thrown out of job, no one is there to help you, whether he's a helper, a faculty, registrar, vice chancellor or whether it is the owner of the organization. So, for the safe side, I suggest you, never join ASU.

None as such,work environment is very friendly and cooperative. however, administration and staff inductions require improvements

Work culture is awesome, everyone is cooperative, Excellent Management. Transparent management. Also provide very good hostel accommodation and appraisals are fair.

New employee induction needs attention. Transport facility unavailable for employees.

I did my Bachelor of design degree from this university. But have nothing good to say about this university at all. 😒

They just teach you basic things needed for designing. Also they follow the oldest way of teaching and provide you with no Extra activities like industry visits or Fashion shows etc. Not really an Environment to grow as a fashion student. They have no placements what so ever. 😏 If you just want a degree and no Placements after that you can waste you time & money over here. 🙏 They don't teach you anything CAD..and don't even bother to hire teachers on time.. I wasted a whole semester without a CAD teacher. They don't even bother to consult any fashion companies for their fashion students. Not even one good fashion export or company visits them for hiring process. And with the Extra core subjects that are of no use for Fashion students. It is just a way of wasting your time over there 😊 And The management does nothing to address your issues. All they care about is their fee to be submitted on time.
