Company management is irresponsible so I don't see any benefits. the work load can be less some times. The only benefit I can see, due to shortage of material at site.

I was in Bhedetar-Rabi-Ranke road project. the salary was always pending some times even 6 months...They sacked me off 5 months salary and to be very clear they don't give complete salary if you leave the company. I have not seen such frauds. If you are bein appointed at Head office then only you should go for it. Otherwise if they send you on their site, You are probably on your own buddy.

Long working hours: Some employees say that the company has long working hours. Salary and increment: Some employees say that the salary structure and increment is not up to par with other companies. HR policies: Some employees say that the company's HR policies could be improved. Fooding: Some employees say that fooding is costly. No house rent: Some employees say that the company does not provide house rent.

They have lot of work coz of this one can learn a lot of new things. You will get ur salary before 18...19 every month.

If u are not performing as per the company benchmark then sooner or later they will kick u out for sure.

Only one i.e. Fixed salary date.

No corporate culture. No work fixed HR policy it should be revised as per only company fever. The worst thing appraisal policy and their payment in coming 2 years. Rigid in out time. Over all if you one particular skill i.e. "BUTTERING" than apco is best organisation.

Nothing is such there to like except the salary which is only 20 days delay

No appraisal for 2 YEAR IF YOU JOIN IN OCT MONTH .THEY DEDUCT 2 TIMES OF THE PF AND 2 TIME OF MEDICAL INSURANCE APPROXIMATELY 6 THOUSANDS DEDUCTION FROM YOUR CTC
