Work like bonded labour, late evening, weekends. No benifits, not even tea after multiple deduction in salary. If you ask HR she will ask you to forget it. Favouritism, politics, zero ethics, dumb cunning managers. Altogether circus.

There are multiple points but some much important like, Salary discription, Work Culture, Support and incriment. I am passed 15-16 Months and there is no appricial till the time even I am writing an email or raising a query no one here is get it resolve even no one try to connect also.

In Aparajitha you don't have to compromise the work life balance. A good company to work and salary is also good respect to the market.

Promotion is a concern in Aparajitha, the company do not promote their employee in certain time.

Current Management and current working policy and working nature is terrible. Company is trying to capture the market but not looking towards the employees and their salary befits. No increment from last 5 years. Terrible experience.
