There are multiple points but some much important like, Salary discription, Work Culture, Support and incriment. I am passed 15-16 Months and there is no appricial till the time even I am writing an email or raising a query no one here is get it resolve even no one try to connect also.

...hey are still with old ideologies since they are from ex-airforce or ex-miltery. no hike from 1 year no update as of now... but managers got hike twice...congratulations though.

Good working environment, in this pandemic situation every bussiness is grim by covid 19. In this lockdown period company had assist us with good product training in online calls, not only trainings but also a gave safe guard calls for us.

Dislikes

...doing assistance in working period is excellent. but career growth is very slow. As a senior associate not satisfied for this salary. Otherwise there is no issue for working with ADSL(sundaram finance/Sundaram direct).

Likes

The company provides a good training. Aparajitha is warm organisation. No frequent hiring and firing. Coordial relations between managers and executives. It's not an organisation, it's a family.

Dislikes

The salary is less. Some of the managers and executives play politics. A south Indian organisation with South Indian Culture.

In Aparajitha you don't have to compromise the work life balance. A good company to work and salary is also good respect to the market.

Dislikes

Promotion is a concern in Aparajitha, the company do not promote their employee in certain time.
