I have worked with only few of them and they all are very nice, even my TL's so as work environment is really good, I like working here, salary on time, you have to inform before taking a leave, mostly you are answerable to your work and performance, no involvement with other teams.........Core work in data science, lots of learning opportunities and variety of projects

HR will play micro management. You cant expect hike on yearly basis it will at random. If you have any personal issues with project they wont bother for anything. Unsecure job mostly 6 month contract job project only be there.

Good for the initial stages. Technical updates are good. Friendly atmosphere. Supports r& D. Supports updating skills. Knowledgeable people are there in certain technical background.

Dislikes

Not much opportunities open for everyone. Learning curve dulls down. Bit of overwork expected for high performance. Updating skills can be costly in various factors.
