Before joining, I had read some reviews about salary issues at Apagen, but since I joined, there have been no such issues. My salary has been credited to my bank on time. The work culture here is excellent. One of the most remarkable aspects of Apagen is its association with large clients, providing unlimited opportunities for learning and growth. Working as a Marketing Head has been truly fulfilling experience. The salary package is competitive and performace based incentives are greate motivator. The management is genuinely value employee imput and the open door policy foster transparency.
