2 bosses who do everything. no internal communication no celebration, no diwali bonus no growth threaten employees to reduce salary rich snobs with no self control. will say anything any time neighbouring companies come and tell us to leave asap play favourites and taken 1/2 people to exhibitons, no exposure to anyone else unprofessional bosses who will not listen new strategy for business everyday with no direction, no clarity, leae everything you did and start again no HR, no boundaries wrk on weekends, ask you to take laptop with you on trips install tracking softwares take screenshots of your laptop every 2 minutes and cut half your slaary if your screen is not active even for 2 minutes worst decision for yourcareer they will threaten and go to your new company and give negative mails even when not asked just to try to ruin your career and always use the phrase "they lost their way"

Teammates and work life balance. The only thing I liked is I was into international sourcing business and got to meet clients which helped me build my business communication skills. Also since I was handling other admin roles so a little understanding of finance and adminstrative work.

No growth opportunities. Salary structure not good. Variable pay is never given even if you achieve targets because it's a very small family owned business. You handle multiple roles but are not paid accordingly.

The co-founder always keeps an eagle eye view on the employees. With the help of a Track o lap application they track the employee's each and every move, whole day. It is the most worst company one cam ever work with.

Everything! 1. No job security as management hires/fires based on their mood. 2. worst HR, only one person is handling the HR department who doesn’t have any knowledge in this field and no experience. 3. Company changes its policies overnight without any prior notice. 4. Employees are under eagle eye always, does not have freedom to express their opinions and views. 5. Constantly employees are being questioned on their education and credibility. 6. Management only wants to hire trainees in less budget and wants them to do all the work. 7. HR is biased and does not know how to talk with her colleagues. 8. Worst HR, lies a-lot, threatens employees to fire them. Does back bitching to the employees 9. Management gives their favourite employee work from home benefits to work on hybrid mode without any background checks 10. Worst company culture, small company, ceo keeps an eagle eye and puts false allegations on employees

Work culture was awesome. CEO Mr. Arjun is too friendly and always supportive. He got awesome personality.

Dislikes

Old methods doesn't work all the time. New phase demands new techniques, skills and training sessions to grab new opportunities. It was required there.
