Only concern is compensation.. As a fresher, we need to be patience on it.. takes some time to get good package

As a fresher out of college into job world I seek for experience to build my skills and so I can fit in big organisations. APA as ES, COMPLAINSE, IT Dept's. I am from ES here work culture is friendly upto manager level medium scale company so always focus on further development in area's. for starters it will help in gaining experience.

Dislikes

They are good on monitoring employees growth in technical wise but they are bad at giving fair salary for employees who is performing well.

Some of the work spaces are forcing them to come of work but here we don't have that if we are willing we can come for work else we can do wfh so I feel so much satisfied in that. Thank you so much APA for giving this type of relaxation

Actually I don't have any dislike's about APA it's actually true because personally I feel so much comfortable on working with APA But one thing is when we work in office we use to connect with every one but not we are separated and hope if we have any group conversation or any funny group conversation by video Cal it help to stay connected with every one hope it will happen soon
