always late in salary have to attend worthless meetings in every week or 2-3 times in month they didnt given salary also who left the job all peoples are selfish over there no support only ask for business so much politics

there are so many things to dislike like 2 to 3 months salary pending of all employees no job security, they can fire any employee anytime Number of meeting which is waste of time, because no implementation on floor there are huge number or recruitment going on every period of time, very low retention ratio every time they ask for business update, but they don't give any incentive for our sales department, no motivation to work here I have worked around 11 months here as a sales head and given huge growth in diwali last to last year then also after 3 months they fired me because of silly reason company policy is for FNF is 45 days, don't know why HR don't guide all this hitty things during joining time, within 45 days they have to clear fnf but after 3 to 4 months also they are not paying on time and they pay in partly payments now i have heard they are doing so many things to save GST as well, they are giving franchise to each salon to their old employees so they cannot pay gst or pay less GST all time worst experience i have in this organisation

Everything is monitoring by head office and very fast feed back there are no issue about communication gap

No any issue, they taking care of their customers as well as their employees, there no anything dislike

There are so many things to dislike,but most important is there is no appreciation for your hard work.at the end they only ask a question what you do.no job security,MDS are illiterate they dont know how to handle situation,always delay in salary no fix time,only meeting meetings meetings no any impliments.they hire new sales head he is also redicules..he has fire so many employees without any reason.also he is not from the same field and dont have knowledge about the business.only god and MDS know why they hire new sales head.who have a only work is play a GTA game in office hour also all time.and only poking others who is working on their own.
