No office . Everyday need to reach asp office by 10am but asp start operation after 11am. Excessive creative pressure on amc . L1 manager and RSM also threats every day if amc target is getting missed.

...2 years) please be ready to join sales or leave the company without any hikes. So basically you work without any appraisals, Hikes for 2 years and then you leave on the same pay. If you have joined sales, hikes won't be a challenge they will confirm you but the team is not structured and things are haywire on the ground.

Good work and team mates are very supportive and managment is excellent. Company policies are good they give salary hike and incentive every year. There is in no salery cut off during lock down that is best example for all employees

There is a lot of options in this line but ao smith brand is the best brand.

Although it is exhausting to work as you may have to put in 15hrs daily, certain department heads are really good and encourage and appreciate you for the work done.

There is no appreciation from own HOD, constant worry at job, creates insecure work environment

Small team where interaction with top management is easy and not a task Freedom to take initiatives and implement with supervision.

Org is not ready or prepared to take big leaps. Doesn't believe in market trends, only focused on their priorities which hinders multiple level reach of the brand. Sales guys required to practice attendance model while visiting markets, an inbuilt application which has to be used while visiting dealers to marl attendance. No perks or additional benefits, no corporate parties for employees. They need hard and smart people but doesn't want them to use their skills.
