1. The high salary is the trap. They give you so much, that it becomes very difficult to leave. And that's the only way they can get new talent in company 2. No appreciation at all. Very toxic culture 3. No training or skill development 4. Its a dead end job. No challenges 5. Heavily understaffed with no inclination to hiring. My team was 32 member team till 2018 which reduced to 11 people by 2023. More people were leaving it than joining. But workload remained the same

ANZ is a good company. The team which I had worked had lot of internal and group politics. There were deserving candidates for the roles. But the operation manager, She offered those roles to her ex colleagues who worked with her. I know few staffs who really hard working left because of this manager. They don't change these managers often.

Work Culture is good among the industry, Staff friendly policies, overtime hours paid

Dislikes

Salary is far too low comparing to the industry.. zero hikes are pretty normal and zer salary revisions. Higher Management Politics exists. Not gender neutral. Many staff have zero knowledge on what they do and get paid without any effort.. poor talent recruitment, no indian holidays or foreign holidays which means no holidays at all.
