Company has a vision and is constantly evolving in the filed of Automation. Arranges training sessions to ensure that employees have a good learning curves and achieve excellence in their subject.

Dislikes

Sometimes Micro- Management by the managers can be stressful but it's still workable. Not recommended for People with big ambitions to lead a team or to lead a business. Because it's a small setup and each one dedicatedly handles a role.
