...Bansode harass staff he doesn't know how to handle business just work like dumb. No opportunities no growth while working here even they don't deposit staff provident funds on time they do salary after 10th also delay salary everytime HOD sujata also doesn't know anything about business she is illiterate don't cooperate with staff don't listen to their problems no ones knows why CEO Doesn't fired her yet. Also manager Shashikant adsule flirts with female employees and tries to touch them inappropriate. if you really want growth and opportunities don't join this company they don't give increment on performance basis they give on favoritism they don't have management for anything only illiterate family members working in company and scamming company

The conduct of both HOD Sujata Patil and Business Head Avinash Bansode is unprofessional and arrogant. They treat employees poorly. HOD Sujata appears to be taking advantage of the CFO and may be involved in company scams. Furthermore, the work culture is extremely poor. The office is located in a remote area, which poses safety concerns, particularly for female employees. Additionally, Manager Shshikant Adsule makes inappropriate double-meaning comments towards female employees and attempts to flirt with them, creating an uncomfortable and hostile work environment.

1- uneducated MD 2- HOD..taking advantage of MD illiteracy and changing removing staff who doesn't listen to her wrong ways 3- worst office location 4- no leaves policy and no benefits to employees 5- only values of uneducated family members 6- no support in emergency 7- Provident funds of employees utilizes for company purchases...not giving them their own hard earned money 8- no staff welfare 9- only fake promises by MD and HOD to get the work done ...once work done they refuses for every word they said 10-no job security at all

To be honest ,if we try to help some one in need, they only will hurt you from back side. even I have worked for this company I tried to give my best but at the same time they flushed me out the company for being a good human.

At least one person should respond to the employee when there is need from the official heads & admin team should be always beware,what going behind your company. being sincere to this company, they will not realize the correct person when the company really needs for further development. there is lot of politics & game going in this company.
