...Bansode harass staff he doesn't know how to handle business just work like dumb. No opportunities no growth while working here even they don't deposit staff provident funds on time they do salary after 10th also delay salary everytime HOD sujata also doesn't know anything about business she is illiterate don't cooperate with staff don't listen to their problems no ones knows why CEO Doesn't fired her yet. Also manager Shashikant adsule flirts with female employees and tries to touch them inappropriate. if you really want growth and opportunities don't join this company they don't give increment on performance basis they give on favoritism they don't have management for anything only illiterate family members working in company and scamming company

Things you will learn here : ( Frozen Department) Manager : Avinash Bansode 1) In terms of skill development here you will only learn Rowdy talk from manager itself 2) ways of playing blame games 3) They will teach you how to be unprofessional in every way possible 😂 4) Learning from Manager itself how to play politics and talk behind ( specially on women) 5) on first day they will teach you how to be like a mithi shakar and on second day itself they will let you see the ravan look 6) ways of disrespecting women with double meaning words and flirty talk. 7) They won't compliment you for your work performance but will love to talk on your personal life. ( Some Men staff specially with manager ) 8) Here you will get to experience the jailer vibes too without doing anything free of cost 9) If you want to be mentally depressed 24/7 all day join this firm . ( Bcoz of no job security) 10) They will teach you how to save the money by removing the staff before March ends just to escape the increment part . 11) In name of work life balance you will only get disrespect, mannerless, treatment balance 12) If manager is on leave for 5-6 days make sure to get ready to hear from him after arrival for the things u haven't did . Itni tariffffff bhi kam hai is company ke liye !! Better RUN RUN !!!!!!!!

1- uneducated MD 2- HOD..taking advantage of MD illiteracy and changing removing staff who doesn't listen to her wrong ways 3- worst office location 4- no leaves policy and no benefits to employees 5- only values of uneducated family members 6- no support in emergency 7- Provident funds of employees utilizes for company purchases...not giving them their own hard earned money 8- no staff welfare 9- only fake promises by MD and HOD to get the work done ...once work done they refuses for every word they said 10-no job security at all
