The management is eating the company alive. It used to so good while Dipak da was still connected. But from last 3 years it's getting worse. Worked there for 5 years, some of the people are p@rv*rt.

During in COVID-19 also Anudip make sure every employee is getting their salary while we are doing the work from home. Anudip has gives me the shadow that where can I show my skills improve the organisation as well as my career. Love you anudip.

Nothing much to hate. Our managers also treat us their colleagues. Most important thing is CEO is available for every employee to share their thoughts and plans when there is a meeting

I have spent lot of time here and found good in terms of management, people centric, great place to work etc. This is Structured org among others. growing. So did not find bad in terms of organization. By heart No dislike for this Organization.

Salary and statutory norms are superbly met. Very comfortable with time.From this point of view, it may seem it is an MNC.

No process of work.no centralized control over the whole activity of the organisation.very unpleasant atmosphere so far work culture is concerned.

Worst worst worst worst company. It's a fraud company managers harass the employees. Full torture here I joined 1 month back now planning to leave the company so much of torture by the managers. They have a tag that best place to work but it's not true torture by the managers to men and female happens frequently kindly avoid this company if you are looking for good company to work with yes Anudip pay good salary but stress level is very very high here.
