They just grab the good talents and make them worst Salary on time (good pay) One of my friend said, Rice is good for health to eat daily Biryani will be good only if we eat twice/thrice a week Joined in this org is like eating biryani and getting digestive problems once you get digestive problems they will throw out So I suggest eat rice happily and be healthy.

Big dislike is Regional Manager (PB) he thinks south people are stupids, but main thing is he is biggest faltu, he treats people very bad and discrimination can be noticed easily. CEO and Board Director vision is very good, but implementation with stupids like PB making the organisation suffer, Though ground level people works hard, they are never apprised or given happiness, Hr team is very good at grabbing good talents but after they come to this org local team make them support mainly with this super hero direction by PB, I didn't how come this guy stayed in the same org for a longer time. Main thing is PB don't know how to treat his subordinates, he feels they are sleeves.

Technologically strong and Learning modules for students. On time salary.

The work culture, management, managers, everything is worse. At the time of joining I wasn't aware that they hired me as a contractual basis. But that time I needed a job so I joined. In every quarter they will extend your contract until they need you. After that they will kick you out like football. They will tell you that work time is till 6pm. But till 10-11 pm you will be working or else you will be heard that our job is depends on our work. For that if you have to destroy your personal life, do that happily. Your work actually will never going to finish. Total toxic culture they are having, we have to suffer all the consequences for the battle of Higher Authorities. They are completely playing with our future. Without giving proper reason they are laying us off with 150 people approx. Those who wants to join Anudip, please beware of this trap. That so called The Great Place to Work is not at all a Great Place to Work. This livelihood project just snatching our livelihood.

Salary and statutory norms are superbly met. Very comfortable with time.From this point of view, it may seem it is an MNC.

No process of work.no centralized control over the whole activity of the organisation.very unpleasant atmosphere so far work culture is concerned.

Worst worst worst worst company. It's a fraud company managers harass the employees. Full torture here I joined 1 month back now planning to leave the company so much of torture by the managers. They have a tag that best place to work but it's not true torture by the managers to men and female happens frequently kindly avoid this company if you are looking for good company to work with yes Anudip pay good salary but stress level is very very high here.

Worst organization to work with. If you can afford to get insulted and humiliated in the worst possible way, then you are welcome there. Whole system is biased. No one listens to employees. Hearings of complaints are just for formality. Manager shouts at you like you have no self respect. RM and AM will listen to manager not you. Work like a donkey still your work will not be recognized. Be ready to do extra work out of your jurisdiction as per directions. Office environment is like pressure cooker. Employee is blamed for everything. Worst for females as the male supervisors are evils, pass wrong comments and have bad intentions. Bad place to work.
