Worst organization to work with. If you can afford to get insulted and humiliated in the worst possible way, then you are welcome there. Whole system is biased. No one listens to employees. Hearings of complaints are just for formality. Manager shouts at you like you have no self respect. RM and AM will listen to manager not you. Work like a donkey still your work will not be recognized. Be ready to do extra work out of your jurisdiction as per directions. Office environment is like pressure cooker. Employee is blamed for everything. Worst for females as the male supervisors are evils, pass wrong comments and have bad intentions. Bad place to work.

...is more that they can occupie and are taken to partner centers for the sessions. HR hiring - the salary offered is very low. If you are looking for a company to have a relaxed environment to work this can be fine. But when you wish to switch you will be struggling with salaries. A soft skills trainer is provided 25,000 in hand, but it my range till 35000 depending on the project. HR gives false hopes when hiring the staff. Employees are hired on contract basis deferring from 3 months to a year. And these contracts don't get renewed soon and the organization still expects work from the employees. Job security - recently the organization has lost many projects hence lay offs of massive chunks have happened. There are very little fundings in Maharashtra. Company is at a cost cutting stage. Hence promotions are not given neither are the appraisal. If the company is hiring they will offer a very minimum salary.

1. Currently work culture went to hell. 2. Manager's are maximum are backboneless. 3. HR rule policy has no directions. 4. Trainers conditions is worst than labour. Last but not least, if you looking for a good job and expecting Anudip is a right place for you then you are fool. Anudip no longer is "Great place to work" Due to some toxic work culture and toxic worker it ruins many employees career. 😣

Placement Team not doing anything, The Centre Manager always doing office boy work, All other work will done by the Trainer and Mobilization team. (Enrollment, Training, Placement, Data Maintenance, Report Submission, Project Report Submission) etc. but credit goes to Centre Manager and the Placement Team. Management always believe the Center Manager and Placement team, don't care about Trainer and Mobilization team.

The entire hiring process is a scam. They will take interviews without letting you know that the job is a contract based job and you will get to know about this in offer letter. When you ask the hiring hr she will say don’t worry your contact will be extended but that is a lie a big fat lie as it is not extended and you are left hanging
