Timely pay. EPF. Transportation facilities, medical insurance, cafetaria. They are a recruiting firm yet they don't have any idea at all about how to choose an efficient manager. Inefficient manager does not have idea of resources management or identifying the right kills in a candidate. Kicks them out in a few months. Male dominated. Office environment is dull and gloomy.

Nothing except timely salary. But that is not the only thing one should look for.

Hidden clause while joining...they picked up candidates from other provinces and lured them to Hyderabad by giving 15k joining bonus. On the day of joining they will reveal that if anyone leaves before completing one year service the employee has to give back 15k + 30k extra as compensation to the office. Now imagine the situation of a person who can't afford to shed that much but neither can he stay there for some reason. What will he do? They hire and fire according to their choice. Mobiles are not allowed inside the premise. Hence if someone from their end does any wrongdoing with anyone coming from other state it goes undetected. And if the employee complains they hush it up. They are recruiting company, yet doesn't know how to and whom to recruit and for what role. Resource management is bad in certain department. Local employees speak in Telugu and doesn't speak in any common language if a non Telugu speaker comes in front. Rampant office politics.

I've been working at Antra for 4 months and it's been great.The company focuses on modern technologies and people in charge are always thinking ahead, which means we're doing new and interesting all the time. The team is friendly and everyone's open to new and ideas. The balance between work and professional life is just right. The bosses understand that we need time off to relax and do our own stuff. if you're into technology, staffing & recruitment and want to see your work mean something, Antra is a great place to be.

The company provides a supportive work environment. The staff are very friendly. They have a very good learning & development department and they conduct regular training sessions on leadership and office culture.

I have never seen this kind of company worst office they have hire and fire option but they will not tell to the employee suddenly they do it i recommend not to join this company for any reasons and dont expect growth or hikes or anything els waste of time if joined their
