Company Good but system for attending not good

Dislikes

Before joining, I felt that the company would probably only give a chance to good drivers to work. I completed all the days I got from 2019 to 2022 considering it as my duty and finally I had to resign because of casteism and useless driver who was on duty. He also used to take drugs and used to harass me. When I informed about this incident to HR manager Naresh ji, he also sided with the same lousy driver and said if you want to get a job then do it otherwise you can leave. Spent so much time in earning a name in the company, I did not think that it would result in this bad effect.

Too much pressure to run smooth operation of 250 buses in Double shift , which are plying under the guidelines of transport Department New Delhi

It gives us space to work and try new experiments so that the company productivity grows ,we are given incentive for our good work and are also allowed to give incentive to the staff working under our supervision which motivates everyone in the company to which the target

Dislikes

Personally I have no complains against the company , but the pressure is always there to achieve the target and run our operation smoothly and efficiently
