Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

1. There is no that much target pressure. 2. General shift 3. Best opportunity for freshers. 4. If you don't have that much skills just go there and get the work experience but don't be comfortable in there. 5. Friendly environment. 6. Office atmosphere looking professional. 7. Saturday and Sunday will be holiday. 8. You can take monthly 2 leave (sick leave & casual leave) when you need.

Dislikes

No dislike, because it's a startup company so you don't expect that much. But it's a good opportunity for freshers.
