The salary structure is very low they took 20,000 from us and said after 1 month of training they would move us with a team but they did not and now the are offering only 12,000 salary after completing 6 months of training at least we deserve 20,000 salary

1.Gives too pressure at work. 2.Gives no time to work & demands the high quality. 3.Only listen to those who are working here for too long years. (Listens to its management team only). 4.When it's time for appraisal they try to demoralize the employee with the excuses which makes no sense.
