The lack of structure or roadmap, no clarity on incentives and promotion, no growth prospects, a nightmare. They expect you to work three jobs on the salary of one. No insurance/PF/any perks at all. Micro-management, you'll report to everyone, from HR executives to the MD, good luck

Dislikes

Exit process is worst. Employees are made to leave without any prior information. They feel like employees are enemy if they put resignation. The recruitment process of sharing cvs is too long. And the exit process is more pathetic than the recruitment process. There is too much micro management in the company. everything is being judged even if you have closures

There is a lot politics in the office. The management has unrealistic quarterly targets and expectations from the employees. The main HR is not a people's person. If you state your concerns to her she will directly go and inform the management or the reporting person about it. The person whom I was reporting to was rude and not supportive towards the team. Plus she is partial towards the one she shares a rapport with. Apart from that if you require any help in terms of profile she is not someone you can approach because she will plainly insult you by calling you brainless or dull-witted or any other words associated with that. Lastly she is self centered, she can put the entire team into a problem just to save herself. Not forgetting she takes credits on her team members efforts by telling the management that she has done all the work for the team but the truth of the matter is she does nothing. The person heading the organization is self-centered and senseless. He will never acknowledge the efforts of an employee or the profits incurred by the employee he would rather just remove faults in the person's work and what is lagging in the person's work. They have this thing of hire and fire so if you are not performing within a month they will disturb your mental peace and probably fire you post that if they don't get any results. Finally if you are at office you have to constantly look at the screen because apparently the main HR would else complain to the reporting person that your not doing work and just passing time

Working here feels like a NIGHTMARE. Its less about your skills and more about who you know & which side you're on. They so called "community" vibe is really just cliques & favoritism. If you're not part of the right group, don't expect to get anywhere. People hold grudges for the most trivial reasons. People will sideline you and push you aside instead of guiding you. The managers are no better and the higher ups are worse. Instead of fostering growth they are always free to criticize and bash you with no support at all. If u are looking for a fair and professional environment please steer clear as they lie to you about every function in the initial stage, be it the incentive breakup or the payroll module or the percentage distribution if you contribute, everything works according to the "cult".
