No work life balance in the Lucknow office. They keep setting unachievable targets, and expect you to achieve them in unrealistic deadlines. Lot of micromanagement, you don’t get freehand while working. You have to report to every senior in each hour. Worst incentive policy, salary delay, and long hectic hours

Antal really feels like home for me. The people i have around us always made sure to support in every work i do from grooming to make it work out. If you are sincere enough with your work Antal is the best place which also gives you recognition for your work you do. Definitely the freedom given to work encourages and motivates me togive my 200%. The best part here is there is no micro management and gives equal opportunity to every individual.
