There are many things are there to say, HR team is worst they will not respond properly. They will hire and fire, they will hire for one position and they will give another position to work, Some managers are worst , they will force you to resign otherwise they will terminate you. They will give many commitments before joining but after joining no one will respond to you. This is my opinion but I will not suggest to work in this toxic company

Its a cash rich company, compensation & few Benefits are good. There are some people within the organization who honestly support their staff, and expect us to be 100% clear on what we are expected to deliver. Training and Development sessions are good. Extremely process oriented.

Dislikes

I am writing about my personal experience, not necessarily it should be same for others. Its not a employee centric company but only a client centric company. Work life balance is bad. Experienced gap in communication regarding process flow which creates confusion within the team. You feel confused whom you are reporting to. Few project owners are arrogant. Job security is myth here. No Relocation benefits (reimbursements of travel tickets). No initial accommodation.

Dislikes

HR people are not that cooperative. Extreme work load and work life balance is bad. Some managers/leaders are insane and mad. Process within the projects are not clear. They pick you from one project and drop you at other without consulting. Pathetic. Too much double work.

HR policies are not very clearly defined Attrition in Sr. Management Decision making still not delegated Don't expect a support system. It's your responsibility to take flight on the runway provided.

Likes

Didn't downsize during the pandemic - rather accommodated employees from other Tourism Unit faced a crisis during the lockdown. The leadership team is young, vibrant & innovative leading to a great culture. Have been extremely supportive to employees if/when they need it. Have been bringing a lot of initiatives for the Learning & Development of the employees across teams. Has got a huge clientele and a load of requirements, own products have been cutting edge. Hence, actively reinforcing.
