Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Offers ample opportunities for new graduates. Never forced to work in off-hours. Salary is credited on time. Team leaders / supervisors are supportive. Best leaves policies.

Dislikes

Management never does anonymous surveys/feedback with employees. Cost cutting in the name of fringe benefits (food/snacks). Poor and below-average appraisal for juniors as compared to other companies. They are stuck in old tech stacks/old laptops. Please try to upgrade in both. Work culture is really good,you can ask yourquerry to anyone. Job security is there and best thing about before time salary. I have never experienced late salary any month. Best company for a fresher to learn about industory.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very less as compare to work they want career growth is also slow.There is a bond of 2 years.appraisal is not good here.They treat employees as labours.
