Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

i liked working in that company ,had lot of experience ,self confidence ,boldness ,lot of enthusiam to start some business of my own.my boss who passed away in the year 2014 was very helpful and looking after as one in the family.Till today after his death alos i have contact with his family.

Dislikes

No incentives,no increment nothing in that company.when sir was there per machine sold he was giving around rs.2,000/- per machine
