Dislikes

Late Appraisals with deserving ones receiving less and non deserving getting better appraisals. Corrupted promotions. No growth opportunities and new learnings. Management team is also biased shows favouritism.

...h the freshers and experienced get ample scope to move forward in their careers. Pay is genuinely competitive. Sufficient attention is given to the employees by the mgmt. and the team HR alike. Did not see any politics. taking place. There is no space for it. Our managers are there to resolve the problems. They are highly experienced and truly talented.

Trainers are good, coligues also, hr department is quite good

Dislikes

...use it was the first job they had and they did this thing (fired them after 3.5 month) they were working on very low salary already they don’t have any saving and they were depressed bcz what they will say to their families (I think this was worst thing they did) , all managers are friends and they don’t treat people equally they are partial and if karma is their company will shut down soon.

Managment issue to many politics nothing is streamlined everytime they change there plans and strategy Fake promises unwanted salary deduction they dont even care what employee is facing due to there politics and deductions Specially compex process. Process is brilliant but if they remove the politics and there worst managment then process will do something
