It is a proprietor driven company, who is being called as MD. The person does not believe in respecting his employees and he loves to cheat his employees by not paying salary and expenses. Huge amount of unsettled damaged stocks are lying in trade from the birth of the company. This is the reason people join and leave the company as early as possible.

Company has no clarity regarding the field work. MD only listens to the zsm Anirban Datta. Anirban Datta has taken the company to under the water. He has given so much losses to the company which company is struggling to recover. In result the working culture has become too much toxic. Anirban Datta has no leadership quality at all and keep firing employees covering up his own incapability. Toxicity is at the max level in him. He has ruined a number of peoples career just to save his. Always try to know regarding your reporting manager before joining here.
