Behaviour of HOD's. Some HOD's have no vision they are very much confused what to do and don't have proper knowledge. No Work life balance. Some times you have to seat beyond working hours just for oil polishing to bosses.

Scope. There indeed is a lot to learn on practical aspevts but again its an individuals choice. Good to start career with such org but not a good haul to stay fr long period as you might feel stagnant.

Culture and baised way of salary structure. Unprofessional way of work. No value for quality work. More of a sheep or donkey rearing place. Unorganised work and heavy load with no appropriate compensation.

Only salary gets credited on time. But so much politics of area manegers while paying incentives

Forcefully imposing their culture on their employees Toxic Culture at times staying till late is considered a virtue unorganized way of doing things pathetic infrastructure orthodox hierarchy
