Scope. There indeed is a lot to learn on practical aspevts but again its an individuals choice. Good to start career with such org but not a good haul to stay fr long period as you might feel stagnant.

Dislikes

Culture and baised way of salary structure. Unprofessional way of work. No value for quality work. More of a sheep or donkey rearing place. Unorganised work and heavy load with no appropriate compensation.

...ellent training provided, good support of senior staff, and management level.. Compensation and salary is given to the proper way and time to time.

...a Finance has been really supportive towards its employees and has not deducted any amount nor taken any cost cutting steps during this pandemic instead it has encouraged its employees to work just like they were before the pandemic and also offered 25,000 Rs insurance for employees who are being tested positive and a one-time deposit of Rs 10,000.

Dislikes

What I don't like about the company is the way even after working hard, an employee is not recognized for his/her efforts. Also the company needs to hire better people in the management positions. There lacks leadership among people who are being hired into the management positions which lead to problems in multiple areas.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 14 -18 hours Straight in a day as I have to attend clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Ido receive appreciation emails from my clint, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Annapurana microfinance pvt.Ltd. is the finest work place for fresher's who wants to make carrier in finance department or banking. Here job is challenging and a good work place .

Dislikes

This company has no time limit to work ,monthly 4 leaves, good salary and timing, branch management not good.
