Very orthodox culture, HR rules are can be tossed up with just 1 phone call from seniors. And this thing is highly dependent on person to person. Politics are too much among seniors, they don't work and never let other honest employees work. All they care about is the salary and incentive they received. I Will suggest, don't just join for the sake of money, you going to lose much more. No work-life balance, No proper leave management. No scope for learning and applying new thoughts. Even for leave approval had to please seniors

This is a good company and very much pro-employee company in terms of benefits and salary credit. Job is challenging.

Sometime (most of the time) personal rapport is the key factors than performance in appraisal and incentive. Favourism at highest level.

Scope. There indeed is a lot to learn on practical aspevts but again its an individuals choice. Good to start career with such org but not a good haul to stay fr long period as you might feel stagnant.

Culture and baised way of salary structure. Unprofessional way of work. No value for quality work. More of a sheep or donkey rearing place. Unorganised work and heavy load with no appropriate compensation.

Good working environment and culture.Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. Smooth and easy process.

Poor salary and career growth is slow .On the job training is not given to new joiners. Increments hold of previous year that is very baad habit.

Not cared about employees benefits. Like appraisal, promotion , Branch expenses from our salary, delayed reimbursements for branch expenses, no proper response from back end head office. Business oriented company, not supporting for credit dept. No challenging contests for business and credit. Last 2 years no appraisal... If you suffered fever even forced to come to office
