Dislikes

Behaviour of HOD's. Some HOD's have no vision they are very much confused what to do and don't have proper knowledge. No Work life balance. Some times you have to seat beyond working hours just for oil polishing to bosses.

Its only Salary Credit on 30th of Every Month.

Dislikes

Its Frustrating to work here. using the out dated software like Tally for accounting & Excel is reliable tool. There's Constant unnecessary pressure given by Senior's , they think like Boss of companies. They making Lock in Software even current month work in progress and ask you why not work is Updated / the useless question from a senior. Every day they will tourture you and don't come here for money only. job satisfaction is nil . Just don't waste your life by joining this Organization.

Only the salary package and leave policy is good at Annapurna.

Dislikes

The management is worse. During appraisal the team leader will hide the score and will only appraisal to those he had deal with. In operation department they take money and give appraisal accordingly. The management has all the ideas but hide all the fact. They get many Business Awards by giving money. I remember for great place to work we all wrote done what the team leader told as to write. We filled all the forms of employees which was meant for employees to fill in themselves. That is how it gets great place to work award every year. This is why I don't trust companies which showcases awards on the website.

...deputy manager . It's a odisa base company means head office is in odisa State. End of the month we got salary . Reporting boss is always helpful n corporate.

Politics wid office staff Not corporate Credit person in Mumbai region only one staff to each branch and sales person around 6 staff wid branch manager. Daily business expected like new business and collection recovery from default and flow customer. Branch environment is not good for working.
