Scope. There indeed is a lot to learn on practical aspevts but again its an individuals choice. Good to start career with such org but not a good haul to stay fr long period as you might feel stagnant.

Culture and baised way of salary structure. Unprofessional way of work. No value for quality work. More of a sheep or donkey rearing place. Unorganised work and heavy load with no appropriate compensation.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 14 -18 hours Straight in a day as I have to attend clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Ido receive appreciation emails from my clint, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Annapurana microfinance pvt.Ltd. is the finest work place for fresher's who wants to make carrier in finance department or banking. Here job is challenging and a good work place .

This company has no time limit to work ,monthly 4 leaves, good salary and timing, branch management not good.

Behaviour of HOD's. Some HOD's have no vision they are very much confused what to do and don't have proper knowledge. No Work life balance. Some times you have to seat beyond working hours just for oil polishing to bosses.
