... They just put all their effort into pleasing the so-called CXOs of the company. they have a poor salary structure and their leave policy is the worst in the whole industry. They will remove the people if they found them capable of doing the job better than them. They have very poor policies and can be modified overnight for the people of their concern (Who surprisingly belongs to a particular region/ state). Most people from ZM, SH, or Rm level are just a burden on the company. They just want to scold once in a week to whoever is doing their work properly. Can Write much more than this but I have a life unlike the people working in this company.

Not cared about employees benefits. Like appraisal, promotion , Branch expenses from our salary, delayed reimbursements for branch expenses, no proper response from back end head office. Business oriented company, not supporting for credit dept. No challenging contests for business and credit. Last 2 years no appraisal... If you suffered fever even forced to come to office

...d good workers are gradually leaving work.I have also thought something similar.If we talk about Salary, this Company is better from many other Companies.But money is not everything.I always single-handedly did 1 crore in March, but still.Bank is almost good. Now I would not like to say too much because I work here. I understand so much.....( To live in rome and fight with pope). Thanks.

currently working Annapurna finance in credit dipartment as collection team handling,,and no location issue..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
