Offering Good Package for freshers and experienced.

All are gone well before they implement the Hybrid work policy. They are now forcing employees to work at the office, which I found unfair. They should have been given the flexibility to choose their option.

...company and the Managers, TL are cooperative and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are good too and they provide you good salary hike.

- Not much salary growth but offer good salary to lateral entry. - No culture to get together with teammates and quarterly parties. - Excessive micromanagement, 3-4 meetings per day and they monitor attendance in teams. - Very client centric. For clients they want you to sacrifice your daily life and just work tirelessly. - No proper planning in the project. No technology architect in the project.
