You will be trapped into politics. Other leads will not share the kt or training which they only received. You will find any one can be promoted at any level e.g. Your peer (lead)can be promoted to director based on favourisom and yes sir skills. CTO is from non technical background and suggest technical people what to do. Indian management is not interested in any of the issues. They work based on guidelines given by us team/cto.

- Not much salary growth but offer good salary to lateral entry. - No culture to get together with teammates and quarterly parties. - Excessive micromanagement, 3-4 meetings per day and they monitor attendance in teams. - Very client centric. For clients they want you to sacrifice your daily life and just work tirelessly. - No proper planning in the project. No technology architect in the project.

They gave you the salary as you except and having good work and life balance because from one year there is nothing to do work. They don't have work for there employees. Eventually Layoffs was starded. Every day policy has changed.

Likes

Overall an average organization, not too good - not too bad. If I specifically talk about skill wise there's not much to learn, mostly work based out of MS-Excel and Dataroma and if you are someone who like to keep updating your skills than this is not the right place for you. Worklife balance is there but that is also depend on your project.

Dislikes

...still the culture is like as if we are working in startup, nothing is organized. Delay in appraisal letters and bonus is a normal thing here. They hire people with good skill set but end up deploying them in a basic project of Reporting or visualization.

I like working while sitting at office premises and meeting new people and learning new things from them.

Dislikes

1) No skill development at all. 2) No growth 3) No work life balance 4) Salary and Benefits are not that good 5) Company culture not that great
