Good??? about ANM Soft lolz Canteen had pathetic smell where you cant wait for more than 10 mins AC Was never ever working

Terrible work load unlimited timings no work life balance neither had a compensation nor compo off benefits poor company culture growth only if you are belong to north indian company impossible deadline so must work weekends so not a single weekend neither compo off nor compensation benefits also only arrival timing fix that 9:30 above that it was suppose to be late mark but departure timing was 10 PM Onwards no encouragement rewards etc

Low salary High Work pressure No training. Low appraisal Internal Politics Office Environment is very basic No added benefits provided. No perks are provided. 2 years of bond with 3 months notice period. No Cafeteria.

Its a fraud company. Noting to be likable. It would ruin your profession career.

.... If you can't then loose your job. The organization doesn't have any HR policy. They pay like misers and can double cross you any time. Once you resign from your last company they will withdraw the offer made to you and then they will renegotiate with the compensation. There is a bond of 2 years for each employee. Also no grown opportunity if you can't satisfy the syndicate employee.

I am working with anm soft from 2016.. Its a product based comapny. Good company for freshers, good startup for them. All stalff members are good. No work load here.

Dislike thing is salary structure, need to increase salary of employees

Teammates are very good. They are like friends rather than colleague. But the Dotnet department manager is very bad. She is like feminist.She don't care about boys.Also don't help in our project.

I only dislike about the company is compensation paid to fredhers. Also the manager is very bad. She has soft corner for girls only. Nowadays i heard that the tester become manager of team. So what we expect from them. Fresher has to sign bond of 2 years. Within that period they treat employees like majdoor.
