1. Working culture is good. Employees are respected and provided leverage to explore their skills. 2. Top Management is caring towards employee benefits, specially towads their mental as well as phsical health. 3. Support and guidance in enhacing employee experience in terms of leadership and initiatives. 4. I still remeber various sessions, which helped my life to get a next level (residential spiritual and professional trainings). 5. Great philanthrohy spirit and approach from top to bottom is again, I found to be inspiring. All above points are my original thoughts and are based on my personal experience of working in different companies during my career.
