The management and security is really impressive and amazing.. I really appreciate their efforts.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No one is bothered about you. Unless the client where are you are working complaints about you I guess. No clear leave policy. Have asked many times no reply on calls or mail No feedback or reply on queries asked to any team member on mail or calls They will just leave you with the client once you are hired. Might call you for attendance and thats it.

there is literally nothing to like about this company.

...urdays are off here but In my team juniors were asked to work even on Saturdays. Salary is very low and even incentives are not given on time. They put employees under a lot of pressure. Seniors and leads are very rude and do not cooperate. the work environment here actually feels toxic on so many levels.
