Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Nothing to learn at work. Every decisions made by management sitting in India and Dubai office. Every day have to face zoom call beyond working hours so there is no personal life. And You have no fundamental rights at work to take any single decision. In sales there is no mean of joining at any level have to work as front liner or you can say as a sales man. So pathetic and worst experience.
