...0th, 12th or graduation. No holidays on Saturday not even half day on Saturdays. Salary is less. Toxic environment. They only care about their clients and not about their employees. No growth. No benefits like PF, Insurance nothing.

...t I can't explain you in words.. Still they ( Mr. Aneel laso) don't have shame.. They pay their employees salary on 15th of every month that is when half month is already passed and this is nothing. They have a whole planning structure to how to hold someone and make their bonded laborer.
Absolutely horrible. It was my first job and salary was just around Rs 5k monthly (which is ok as i knew this when I was applying) but then there were no paid leaves or sick leaves so if you fall sick or need a leave then your salary is cut.
Office time was horrible. I remember I used to reach home between 11pm to 12pm and regularly had to carry a stone in hand to avoid aggressive dogs from attacking me.
Even if work was over at 7pm THEY MADE US SIT TILL 9-9:30pm SO THAT WE R VISIBLE TO THE CLIENT’S STAFF (WE WERE POSTED AT MOTILAL OSWAL) so there was no question of going home early.
Then one day there was discussion regarding salary. First of all the head Mr Lasood has very poor communication skills so half of what he says only he understands which puts salary and other crucial negotiations very tricky.
So during salary negotiations his exact words were “You are from good family and mummy pappa make good food and feed u so u ppl don’t need higher pay” imagine our shock. Then there are many chamchas that these ppl have (you can see the positive comments). On diwali when you expect a bonus, u get only a mitthai ka dabba to be shared among the team..to be clear..1 mithai ka dabba among the entire team of 6-8 ppl NO CASH BONUS. Then you can also get called to head office for “training and presentations” randomly after work which is nothing but waste of time and money as it is just a gimmick (I still don’t know the point of that). There are many more things to be put here but the review will become to long so I will put this final point.
When you resign, the reason for your resignation must be valid in the eyes of Mr. Lasood. Valid reasons include getting married, shifting to other state, death or lunacy etc etc. my reason was that I got a better opportunity which is not a valid reason to resign as per Mr Lasood so Mr Lasood refused to accept my resignation and told me that “You are not going anywhere…You will work here” which is absolutely an unethical and in some cases Illegal as it seemed like a Bonded Labour. Anyways I knew these ppl can’t do anything and I joined the new company after following instructions from the HR of the new company. Now later what happened is that Aneel Lasood and his nephew (who also works there) started sending letters and emails to my new employer that I have committed fraud and run away (which was taken as a joke by my seniors and we always had a good laugh about it …they called it “tere naam ka warent aya hai”. Then when I changed to a new company, the HR of this company called my last 3 employers for due diligence and these ppl again did the same things. I explained to the HR and it again became a joke. I asked the new company HR to give me the email received from Lasood but he refused as it was against policies and said “Are bhai aise C-word(dirty bad word) milte rehete hai just ignore and move on” I wish he gave me the mail bcoz i was in the mood to screw these ppl’s life.
I seriously sometimes wish that my HR should have given me the mail from these ppl so that i could have dealt with them legally once and for all. Deken to sahi humne kya fraud kiya hai. My employment there ended in 2013 but these idiots sent mail to my HR in 2018 too. Also there was a boy and a girl in our team who had a secret affair THAT IN NO WAY AFFECTED WORK OR THEIR PERFORMANCE as they only met after work, but these ppl removed them from work bcoz they apparently have a “no affair” policy..The guy was so hard working he used to travel from Khopoli to Thane and sometimes to Malad daily and work full time there and leave office with others late evening and also reach on time.

Very bad company..there work is never ends timing is 10 to 7 but you have to do overtime until your work done they will tell you that there will be no target in interview and will give target after joining no overtime expenses no paid leaves
I have absolutely loved working with Aneel Lasod And Associates for last 3 years and would very much like to continue my employment with the company if at all possible. This company ois like a blessing in our lives.
