One thing, a good team leader to guide.

Dislikes

Endless list. They didn't paid the internship amount promised to any of the interns. Very bad HR, rude and absolutely non coperative. At the Kolkata office everyone left the company. Absolutely disgusting experience and I hope no one should ever experience this kind of toxic culture.

I had been associated with Andwill Group for about 2 years. As the name suggests it's a Group of Companies having multiple sister concerns into varied domains. I work here as a HR Manager. The Company has exceptional work culture and values it's employees both personally and professionally which strengthen the bond between Employer and Employee. The stakeholder have open door policy which provides sheer transparency and accountability. The HR team works hard to ensure the employees stay motivated and productive and monitor their performance realtime. Feedbacks and improvement opportunities are given promptly to avoid termination. R&R is conducted often too.

We need to structure and form stronger base for our processes and increase our focus in quality monitoring. Professionals needs a check and Employees are required to keep learning and upgrading themselves to stay in the competition out there. We are all pumped up to revamp with a number of new offices coming up

Everything! Everything was terrible, out of order, dismantle, unplanned, lack of experience, unorganised and messed up. I have 1001 negative feedback for this organisation. But i don't want to waste my time in writing over here.
