...ir emplyee management skills or replace all the cfo , teamleaders and managers . Er department not even interested in providing the salary to the employees . If someone forgets to collect their cheque . Then the ER department will have in their bank account . HR hiring guys whose 12th is not completed . Making the employees work for 12 hrs shift forcefully because they want dhanda afterall . No sick leave provided . Mediclaim benefits not given to the employees . I suggest naukri to blacklist from thier website or app as they will only fool and make them work as a slave . Do not forget the checking thing . Guards are like checking employees body as they are carrying some kind of Nuclear weapon . Kindly take this feedback as true cause i have worked there for 2 years . I had an issue where the manager team were saying i am doing data manipulation. I left the job they didn't even care to provide me experience letter or my pending salary. You will be getting position but they are not increase you package if they increased they won't give you that which they provide new joiners. There is lot of politics.

The company is work with good technology and update time to time. I like to fact that i am a part of a team, high quality products.

Dislikes

I the market compensation is very high but growth is slow. The work pressure is getting high sometimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day because of attend client calls or fraud calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

They hires everyone in company who can't good in English or illiterate peoples also.

...nd most of the time in a one month you got only 2 leaves and very pressure work.Also if you take uninformed leave so they give you salary after 15 days in cheque it's means total 45 days and resignation period is 2 months without any leaves if you take leaves in your resignation time then you have to continue work 2 months resignation period.

Athena bpo is a worst company i had ever worked in my life,they are holding every month 15 days salary. i had not got my full salary also after resignation. and their biometric system was very poor. Because of thet employees are suffering the problems like loose of pay scale
