Company forcely try to hold employee for 90 days notice period.They allow only one - two months notice period for new joinee but when existing employee resigns they tell them to serve Mandatory 90 days notice period. I have not received relieving letter & F&F statement. To satisfy personal ego Head HR didn't provide my relieving letter. I served one month notice period instead of 90 days. I requested to negotiate but she denied. Don't join this company because nobody waits for 3 months notice period when you join new company. My managers also didn't support. I am still fighting for my relieving letter. If required I may go to labour court. I have all written evidence.

They didn't provide my relieving letter and F&F statement. I served 30 days notice period instead of 90 days. I requested to consider for 30 days notice period due to my family problems but Head HR Bhagyashree denied. For executive junior level 90 days notice period is very dangerous and they trap you. My name is Himangshu Barman and I am officially posting my name because I want company employee and management should see my review. My review is One star ⭐. One month is enough for notice period I think.
