Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

No growth only politics Very shameless general manager Running his own business in some other place but working in this company for the sake of Salary He don't know how to talk with the employee he use rough language At the age of 60 also he behave like a hero of the film industry.

...ch other legs employees not interested in working so many uneducated employees My general manager is having his own business and he is not interested in company work but he wants his salary on time he play politics rather than working. My life biggest mistake is I join this group. They have not given my one month salary also. They give salaries very late Example this month salary they will give in next month around in-between 15th to 20th day.
