It's wrost experience because they didn't pay the salaries to the employees.After completion of project period not paid salaries to the employees.Its wrost ,waste experience working in APSSDC.

They are not taking the responsibility for job securities,just use and through manner......,very Irresponsibility department.Who are working in APSSDC they money minded persons.

... syllabus.work environment we should adjust because it will be in tribal areas .salary and facilities are very good .BUt there will be no career growth .

It's depends on government so company is very supportive and we improved skills also and we know about work in different areas .

No Salary Hike, no designation betterment, no compensation, no correct HR policies, no appreciation for good work,no recognization for saving government money, so many are there.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salarys.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No job garenty.
