Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calla in the evening and sometime late into the night.

Not properly run the production, approximately every five years stop the production for some unavoidable reasons.

Dislikes

Since last seventeen years two times sutdown the factory, first time taken over by the JP Cements and second time taken over by the Sagar Cements.

Work environment, all are supportive and work culture. Every body try their level best towards productivity. All are shows interest to do work hard. Allmost all bottom level workers are co.operative and all rounders. Help each others and try to maintain system during running as well as maintenance works.
