Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is high.Somtimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evening.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Not properly run the production, approximately every five years stop the production for some unavoidable reasons.

Dislikes

Since last seventeen years two times sutdown the factory, first time taken over by the JP Cements and second time taken over by the Sagar Cements.

Work environment, all are supportive and work culture. Every body try their level best towards productivity. All are shows interest to do work hard. Allmost all bottom level workers are co.operative and all rounders. Help each others and try to maintain system during running as well as maintenance works.
