* People are good, but don't welcome others from different cultures. * You can get promoted and have good career path as long as you opay your managers and do what satisfies them, not what should be done.

Dislikes

* Untallanted managers with weak managerial skills. * Managers blames subordinates for their mistakes. * No investment plans in employees and KPIs are done with no goals, even training plans requested for employees from leads weren't conducted. * Unprofessional HR team that do not do their duties as expected. * No team building activities, or gatherings, or other facilities that get employees out of work stress.

I like in Andalusia hospitals the high level of quality of care for the patients and how to eliminate patient complain and going to the maximum level of patients' satisfaction I like in this hospital how to eliminate staff turn over and keeping the perfect staff working to the patients

Dislikes

Any hospital sure have something not accepted to some people who work their , but according to me I don't want to see this small things and I focus on the beautiful things only
